NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK)

The NEBOSH Construction Health and Safety Course is a recognised qualification designed for managers, supervisors and professionals working within the construction industry. Based on the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) syllabus, the course develops practical skills in hazard identification, risk management and construction safety, helping learners create safer working environments and meet their health and safety responsibilities.
This course is ideal for; Construction site managers, Contracts managers, Site workers with health and safety responsibilities, and Construction health and safety advisors. It also makes excellent continued professional development (CPD) for health and safety professionals working in other industries or looking to move into construction.

Successfully complete this course and you will achieve the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) qualification.
Entry requirements
No health and safety knowledge is needed however NEBOSH recommends you have a minimum standard of English at Key Skills Level 2, GCSE or equivalent. Important note: NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) is a standalone qualification. This means that you will not be able to use units from other NEBOSH qualifications against any part of this qualification.
To successfully complete the course you will need to pass one written open book examination.
The aim of this assessment is for learners to practically apply the knowledge and understanding gained from their studies of the NC syllabus. To do this, you will need to complete an Open Book Examination (OBE) based on a fictional construction site.

Working in Health & Safety
